Mr. Motley joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2010.

He is a Managing Director in the Technology Vertical and is a member of the North American Private Equity team. He focuses on investments in the infrastructure software, financial technology, and financial services space. Mr. Motley is also a Director at CentralSquare Technologies. He has also been involved in the firm’s investments in Nutanix, Rocket Software, BMC, Symantec, and Burlington Stores.

Mr. Motley received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and a Henry Ford II Scholar. He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in economics from Harvard College.
