Chris Lee | KKR
Chris Lee (New York) joined KKR in 2012. He is responsible for KKR's Real Estate business in the Americas, overseeing both equity and credit investing platforms in the region. Mr. Lee serves as Portfolio Manager for KKR Property Partners Americas. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (NYSE: KREF) where he previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President since October 2015 and March 2016, respectively, through March 2020. Mr. Lee sits on KKR's Real Estate Equity and Credit Investment Committees in the Americas, KKR's Real Estate Equity and Credit Portfolio Management Committees in the Americas, KKR's Inclusion and Diversity Council and chairs KKR's Real Estate Valuation Committee.
Prior to joining KKR, he spent three years at Apollo Global Management on their global real estate team where he focused on real estate acquisitions. Mr. Lee also worked at Goldman Sachs in the merchant banking division's real estate principal investment area (REPIA) for over five years after spending two years in the investment banking division.
He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Emory University. Mr. Lee is a former trustee of St. Mark's School of Texas in Dallas, Texas. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) in New York, New York, as a member of the Board of Directors of the PREA Foundation in Hartford, Connecticut and as a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for Emory College of Arts and Sciences in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Lee is a member of the CRE Finance Council, Pension Real Estate Association, Real Estate Capital Policy Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Roundtable, Real Estate Executive Council, Manhattan Chapter of YPO and Urban Land Institute where he sits on one of its Urban Development and Mixed-Use Councils.
James Chung | bridge investment group
James Chung serves as Senior Managing Director and the Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Debt Strategies Fund Manager LLC, as well as Head of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. James has experience in real estate, securitization, and financial services beginning in 1999.
Prior to joining Bridge, James was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and was the head of the Commercial Real Estate Loan Desk within the Fixed Income Division from 2004 to 2013. He had direct oversight of the pricing, hedging, structuring and securitization of the Morgan Stanley commercial real estate loan portfolio. James received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and his Master Degree in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mike Haggerty is a Managing Partner of TA Realty, and a senior member of TA Realty’s acquisitions team. He is responsible for strategic management of the Firm and oversees strategic initiatives, fundraising activities and human resources for the Firm. Over his more than 30 years of industry experience, Mike has served in a variety of roles that encompass acquisitions, portfolio management, capital raising and asset management. He has been with TA Realty since 1998 and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee since 2014. Mike also serves on the Firm’s Management Committee and Acquisitions Committee and sits on the Board of Managers. Mike holds a B.A. from Boston College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kristin Gannon has spent 25 years as an investment banker and financial advisor in the global real estate industry. She has transacted over $100 billion in real estate M&A and sale transactions and equity, debt and IPO financings.
Kristin is currently a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured. She is based in San Francisco and is global co-head of the Eastdil Secured Corporate Advisory and M&A Group. Kristin joined Eastdil from DBO Partners (“DBO”), a boutique financial advisory firm where she was a partner. Prior to joining DBO, she was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where she was head of the Real Estate banking group in the western region. She served as financial and strategic advisor to several private and publicly traded real estate companies and advised on mergers, sales, divestitures, capital raising and recapitalizations. She also directed the healthcare real estate business and executed several senior housing transactions including the recapitalization of Sunrise Senior Living, Erickson Retirement and Classic by Hyatt.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Kristin was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley for eight years, where she was head of west coast real estate.
Kristin is a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center at UC Berkeley and the Urban Land Institute, and a board member of Aim High. Kristin earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
