Dennis is Founder and CEO at ShawSpring Partners. He began his investment career at the Yale University Investments Office after graduating from Yale with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics in 2005. Prior to founding ShawSpring, Dennis worked at Altimeter Capital Management and Matrix Capital Management. Dennis attended Harvard Business School’s MBA Program, but departed after completing his first year to launch ShawSpring.

Ben Balbale | Dockyard Capital Management

Ben Balbale is the Chief Investment Officer of Dockyard Capital Management. Prior to founding Dockyard, Ben was a partner at Matrix Capital Management, where he led the firm's investments in Software and Internet and was a member of the firm's investment and management committee. Before joining Matrix, Ben spent six years as a software sales executive at Epiphany, ultimately serving as the AVP of Sales for the Eastern US. He began his career as an analyst at the MAC Group. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard University.

Anant Goel | Eventide Asset Management

Anant Goel serves as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst at Eventide Asset Management.

Mr. Goel has a diverse background having grown up and lived in India, Hong Kong, UK, USA and China, which combined with his academic and professional interests, allow him to incorporate a diverse set of perspectives in his investment decision process. He has been passionate about responsible investing from early in his career. He has served as a Research Analyst at Eventide since 2016, leading its technology focused research. In 2015, during his M.B.A. program, he worked at Adage Capital Management, a long/short hedge fund. From 2011-2014, he served as an Analyst for NewQuest Capital Partners, a Private Equity firm in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities for funds across Asia. From 2008-2011, he lived and worked in Beijing, China where he studied Mandarin and worked on start-up companies and other investment projects.

Mr. Goel holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was selected as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for finance courses for both Executive M.B.A. and M.B.A. students. He also holds a Bachelors of Science (HONS) from the University of Warwick, UK in Economics.

Claire A. Walton is an Independent Director for the BlackRock Multi-Asset Funds and has served on the Compliance, Performance Oversight and Audit Committees.  She has over 35 years of experience in investment management and was a Founding Partner and COO/CFO of Liberty Square Asset Management (1998-2015), an Investment Advisor specializing in long/short non-US equity investments and since 2003 has been an owner and general partner of Neon Liberty Capital Management, a firm focusing on long/short emerging and frontier markets. Before co-founding Liberty Square in 1998, Ms. Walton was a portfolio manager and trader for several organizations with a focus on global equity arbitrage. Ms. Walton received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1978 and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1985. She has served on the boards and executive committees of various non-profits.
