Jo serves Corporate Investment Committee and the Sustainable Investing Group Investment Committee. Jo previously served on the firm's Partnership Committee and Firmwide Commitments Committee.

Raj Shah is Head of Healthcare at Nordic Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is Head of the Healthcare sector team and he is the responsible advisor for Nordic Capital investments in the sector. Raj holds several non-executive positions including the boards of ERT, ArisGlobal, Alloheim and Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals Charity. Prior to joining, Raj’s healthcare experience spans both working as a practitioner, having initially qualified and practiced as a cardiac surgeon at Oxford, through to extensive transactional experience gained as Co-Head of Goldman Sachs healthcare investment banking practice where he advised private equity and corporate clients. Raj holds degrees in medicine and surgery from Imperial College, London as well as being Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and an MBA from London Business School.

Kendall Garrison is a Partner at TPG Capital based in San Francisco, where he focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Kendall serves on the boards of BVI Medical, Confluent Medical Technologies, Exactech, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and Monogram Health (Observer). He previously served on the boards of Kindred at Home and Kindred Healthcare and has also been involved in TPG’s investments in Immucor and Surgical Care Affiliates. Prior to joining TPG in 2008, Kendall worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its investment banking division. Kendall received a BBA with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert is Managing Director and Global Vice Chairman, Investment Banking Division, Goldman Sachs International. Previously he was senior partner in the Global Healthcare Group, co-head of the Global Healthcare Group, a member of the Financial Institutions and Global Finance Groups. Robert joined Goldman Sachs in 1988. He was named managing director in 1997 and partner in 2000. Robert earned a BSE from Princeton University in 1983, an MS in Chemical Engineering in 1985 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a PhD and MBA from MIT in 1988.
