Pratik Patel is a Managing Director at Wafra, responsible for real estate-related alternative investments and special situations.
Previously, Mr. Patel was a Director at FirstKey Lending and a Principal at Spring Hill Realty Partners, where he focused on distressed real estate and credit CMBS. He began his career as an Investment Banker at Wachovia Securities covering Financial Institutions and REITs.
Mr. Patel earned a BS from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Billy Rahm is a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Centerbridge. He leads the Firm’s global real estate investing activities and serves as a member of the Firm’s Management and Investment Committees. Prior to joining Centerbridge in 2006, Billy was a part of Blackstone’s Real Estate Private Equity Group, where he completed investments in lodging businesses and real assets. Billy currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Brixmor Property Group, Inc., Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. (and affiliated entities), Merit Hill Capital, Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc., and Suntex Marina Investors. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Extended Stay, Inc., Carefree Communities, Inc., and Kerzner International Resorts. He is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of East Harlem Tutorial Program and East Harlem Scholars Academies. Billy graduated from Yale College and received his M.B.A. and J.D. from Harvard University.
Jake alchek | mit sloan
Jake Alchek (MBA '22) is Co-Chair of the 2022 MIT Sloan Investment Conference and Co-President of the MIT Real Estate Club. During his MBA, Jake interned at Related Companies in their Acquisitions and Development group. Prior to business school, Jake worked at Newmark, advising banks and funds on a variety of real estate transactions including loan originations, workouts, securitizations and . Jake has also held roles in financial strategy at Bridgewater Associates and EY.
Jake holds a M.Sc. with Distinction from the London School of Economics and an A.B. from the University of Michigan, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar and a member of the Men's Rugby team.
